Structural blast machines are designed to clean large steel fabrications and steel plate before or after fabrication and to provide a profile before coating. Roller conveyor, or an overhead monorail system, conveys material through the blast cabinet where multiple wheels, strategically positioned for full coverage, blast all angles of the work.
From steel plate and large steel fabrications, to small structural steel, angles, channels and flat stock, there is a design to meet your needs. Each multiple wheel machine is designed based on your product size and work specifications.
In addition, Bronco is the specialist in providing equipment for cleaning pipe from 2” to 10’ in diameter. These designs process work at a fraction of the cost associated with traditional manual air blasting.
